Terms of Sales

Item 1: Scope
These conditions apply to the services provided by DJERBATOUR, in Tunisia.
 
Article 2: Price
Rates are those published on the site at the registration date.
They are indicated per person and in Euro.
Rates shown on the site may be changed at any time but the services will be billed at the rate announced when ordering.
 
Article 3: Order
The order must be made by email.
The information on the Djerbatour,website is contractual and will be confirmed by email.
Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
All reservations must be accompanied by a minimum deposit of 50% of the total amount of the tour or circuit. The balance, unless you have paid in full, will be due on the day of departure of the tour or circuit, the balance must be paid in cash, either in Euros or in Dinard.
For any reservation less than 10 days before the scheduled date of the stay, the reservation will be taken into account only after the total payment of the service.

 
Article 4: Payment
Payment will be made by bank transfer to our account in exchange for a voucher and an invoice made on demand.
The delay of bank transfer being very long for the international, to justify the transfer, the bank transfer receipt must be sent to us by email as soon as possible to confirm the reservation.
The name and address of your guide will only be sent to you after receipt of your payment.
 
Article 5: Execution of the provision of services
After receiving your payment, or proof of transfer.
The reservation of the requested services will be carried out.
You will receive the voucher and the details of your guide.
 
Article 6: Conditions of refund
Cancellation
In case of cancellation on your part to:
- More than 30 days before the date of arrival, it will be collected 50 € per person of expenses of file and bank charges for bank transfer.
- From 30 to 21 days before the date of arrival, it will be retained 25% of the total amount of the deposit, excluding bank transfer fees.
- From 20 to 10 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total amount of the deposit will be retained, excluding bank transfer fees.
- From 9 to 2 days before the arrival date, it will be retained 80% of the total amount of the deposit, excluding bank transfer fees.
- From 2 days to the date of arrival, it will be retained the total amount of the deposit, excluding bank transfer fees.

Article 7 - Intellectual property
All the elements of the Djerbatour,site are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of Djerbatour.

No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, rebroadcast, or use for any reason whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site that are software or visual.
 
Article 8 - Personal data
Personal information and personal data about you are necessary for the management of your order, as well as the improvement of services and information that are addressed to you.
